This Policy explains what information ATRguide/TechPulse collects and how it's used.
Account information (name, email, shop name, phone). Vehicle and diagnostic information you submit (year/make/model, DTCs, symptoms, conversation text with Synth, uploaded photos and scanner files). Billing information, handled directly by Stripe — ATRguide does not store full card numbers. Basic usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.
To provide the diagnostic chat, case management, billing, and reporting features of the Service. To improve Synth's accuracy over time — confirmed diagnostic cases may be used, in de-identified form (vehicle/code/pattern data, not your shop's or customer's identity), to build the shared case-study and pattern library that benefits all shops on the platform. To communicate with you about your account, billing, and the Service.
We use Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and AI providers including Anthropic and OpenAI to power Synth's diagnostic responses. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate the Service, under their own respective security and privacy terms.
Account and case data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation for billing records and service continuity, unless you request earlier deletion.
You can request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account by contacting us. Note that de-identified data already incorporated into the shared case-study/pattern library (see Section 2) may not be individually removable, since it no longer identifies you or your shop.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for business/professional use by adults and is not directed at individuals under 18.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be version-dated and, where appropriate, flagged for re-acceptance.
